The NEC ND4570A DVD burner was released by NEC in February 2006. CD Freaks has a NEC ND4570 first look article available.
The NEC ND4571 burner adds support for LabelFlash but both drives - together with the ND3570 and ND3571 - share the same hardware and only differ in firmware. Do not try to simply flash a NEC 4571 firmware on a NEC 4570 drive or vice versa. This will NOT work. Unlike previous drives, the ND4570 and ND4571 are able to start 8x burns at 6x now.
