The DVD Burner Optiarc AD-7710H is a slimline drive. The Optiarc AD7713 burner adds support for Labelflash but both drives share the same hardware and only differ in firmware. However you should not try to simply flash an Optiarc 7713H firmware on an Optiarc 7710H drive or vice versa. This will NOT work. Some Dell machines come with an AD-7717H drive. This device should be fully compatible with the AD-7710H The following firmwares are available for download here:
